The third book in the “Robot Won’t” series finds Booper and his friends at the park, where Booper learns that waiting is hard. Not only does he need to wait his turn, he also needs to wait for things he has no control over, like watching wildlife or waiting for a breeze to fly his kite. Luckily, Booper can do a “patience software update” to put things right, just as kids can practice being patient by pretending to update their own ‘patience software’ after reading “Robot Won’t Wait”. The tech references in the “Robot Won’t” series add fun touches to lessons about social skills, and with additional free materials on the author’s website, this series is a welcome addition to classrooms.
